Nature and history that coexist in the Tuscan countryside<\/span><\/h1>\n

Hello explorer friends, how have you been?<\/p>\n

I am fortunate to live in a small town in the Chianti area<\/strong>, few km from Florence, completely surrounded by the Tuscan countryside<\/strong> so I didn\u2019t need to walk that far to see this beauty.<\/p>\n

The Chianti area<\/strong> is located between Florence and Siena and in the past it was used for long time as \u00a0battlefield by these two cities which were contending it for its strategic position.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today it is famous all over the world for its breathtaking landscapes and especially for the\u00a0Chianti wine<\/strong>, so called because it comes from this area. A red wine<\/strong>, full-bodied and with a strong flavor, perfect match with the typical dishes of\u00a0Tuscan culinary culture<\/strong>: Florentine steak, game meet, cured meet etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not only the wine, but also the\u00a0extra virgin olive oil<\/strong>\u00a0is here considered the master since it\u2019s one of the most valuable oils in our country.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you nose more deeply around the Chianti hills you will discover castles, medieval villages, Renaissance villas and other small treasures that make this land unique.<\/p>\n
