Honey obtained from a totally organic and nomadic apiculture, without the use of any antibiotics, that respects the rhythms of bees and our territory. The blooms are therefore from all over Tuscany, from the Apennines above Pistoia to the open fields of the Crete Senesi.
Honey is cold extracted, thus keeping intact all its properties and beneficial enzymes.
It has a delicate taste and light color; even the smell is not very intense and recalls the scent of white flowers. The taste, on the other hand, is very sweet and can be associated with the flavor of ripe banana or milk candies.
It has many beneficial properties: it is a concentrate of energy and has an antiseptic and stimulating action for our immune system.
It is used to sweeten drinks and sweets, to spread on bread for breakfast and to accompany different types of cheese.
