Nocino is a liqueur famous throughout Italy and of ancient origins that is mainly flavored by the maceration and / or distillation of whole green walnuts. It has a dark color and a very particular and intense taste sweetened in this case by the presence of honey, which also gives it a creamy texture.
Perfect as a digestive at the end of a meal in the cold months but also goes perfectly with dried fruit, chocolate and Parmigiano Reggiano or poured over ice cream.
